In a magazine article, Joanne Cacciatore founder of MISS Foundation- an international non-profit organization supporting grieving parents, said it perfectly. "This is what people need to know, when a child dies, everything changes. You never get over it; you integrate in into your life; you fold it into who you are. The effects are enduring, not transitory. There is a beginning, but no ending. No words can describe what it's like to bury your child". She continues, "by integrating her into our family, we are more authentic. Cheyenne is a part of our family story."
